The aim of the TAS Faculty at Warrawong High School is to provide students with a sense of achievement through busily engaging students in a wide  range of activities. These activities allow students the freedom to explore physical design, textiles, construction through materials such as wood and metal and to develop food related skills, whilst developing an awareness of tolerance, co-operation and team spirit.

Students are introduced to the technological society we live in by experiencing sound practical activities using a wide range of tools and activities. Students are encouraged to become self reliant and develop skills which will enable them to become capable of thinking and working in a practical, logical and realistic manner.The TAS faculty places a strong emphasis on both literacy and numeracy in all of its activities.
