Legal Studies develops students understanding of the nature of law, the operation of the Australian and international legal system, legal rights and obligations and the role of the law in protecting vulnerable groups within society.

It is an excellent background for further studies in areas a such as law, commerce, social work, police studies and welfare courses. It also leads to abetter understanding of the role of the law in Australia which is of benefit to all.
