Ratified by the school P&C Association on August 15^th, 2006.

The general school contribution is used to help meet the cost of library books, textbooks, technology etc. Subject contributions mainly cover the cost of consumable materials used in individual elective subjects eg. paints, timber etc. With regard to payments : 

• Families are asked to finalise payments as early as possible
• Fees may be paid in full or in instalments
• Assistance is available for families who can demonstrate financial hardship; a student assistance form can be collected from the front office and retuned to school.
• Families can contact the school by letter or telephone if they wish to seek a fee variation. Any fee variation must be reconfirmed annually with the school.
